Right size, right sound

Here’s a big bass breakthrough for truck lovers. Alpine engineered their SWT-10S2 10″ subwoofer to go behind your seat, and sound especially good in the limited space of a truck cab.This deep-sounding, high-performance sub works well in shallow enclosures that’ll fit behind or under the seat in your truck. A “high amplitude” surround allows more cone travel than a regular sub, so the SWT-10S2 can push more air and play louder.

Airflow ensured

Subs get hot as they play, and the heat usually gets vented away via a port in the back of the sub’s pole piece. Alpine recessed the pole port and added cooling air vents on the sides of the frame, allowing you to use an enclosure with an inside clearance of as little as 4-3/16″ without blocking critical air flow. An SWT-10S2 will work well in either a ported or a sealed box, so you can get your favorite kind of bass tone, boomy or tight.

The power it takes

This single voice coil, 2-ohm sub will draw maximum power from most subwoofer amplifiers. For top performance, you’ll want to pick an amp that delivers between 100 and 350 watts RMS at 2 ohms.
