Shipping Information

What are the delivery methods and timing estimates?

Estimated delivery date range is calculated by “Product Availability + Shipping Location + Shipping Speed.”
–          Product Availability: If a product is listed as “In Stock,” it will usually ship within 1-2 business days. During holidays, specials or exclusive promotions or due to other factors some “In Stock” items may have a longer lead time to prepare for shipment.
–          Shipping Location: The location where your package is being delivered to.
–          Shipping Speed: This is the shipping method that you choose during Checkout. You may choose Economy Postal (3-5 days), 2nd Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends.

What is an undeliverable package?

If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll notify you of the return by email and issue a full refund. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable

When will you ship my order?

Orders placed using our standard shipping will be processed within 3 business days.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Valentine’s Day). For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

Why do I have to pay the standard shipping fee for my order?

 Standard shipping is applicable only to orders with total value (after discount) over $50 USD under normal circumstances, and a flat shipping fee will be required otherwise. Please also note that shipping fee is non-refundable.

What if I change my mind and want a refund?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.

Can I return my online order to any of your retail stores?

We’re sorry that any online orders’ returns and exchanges cannot be processed by the retail store. Please contact us with the reason for return and we will instruct you on the return procedures.

Do you provide return label?

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
